colour is blue. I really like animals. My favourite subject at school is P.E. because I am in the softball team, I also play tennis outside the school and soon soccer.

Today room 9 went on a trip to rainforest express and a walk called Waitakere falls.
Before we got on the train (the rainforest express) the lady driving the train showed awesome shells of kauri snails. On the train we went through ten tunnels all quite big. The smallest 39 metres and the biggest about 400 metres. In one tunnel we saw a whole lot of glow worms and in another we saw wetas about 6 centimeters big, they could jump up to 3 metres in length.
At the end of the train ride we had to go up some really steep stairs and met with room 13 and 8 to have lunch and saw a dead bird and tried to hit it. I was the first to hit it.
On the walk I was throwing rocks with Harrison and was told not to so I stopped and a lot of people fell behind and a group of about 12 went ahead so me and Harrison carried on throwing rocks.

On the 14/6/11 we made masks. I started off with a normal mask, we then added all the things we needed. I added three spikes.
Afterwards we added all the paint, I added red and yellow for a sun and a blue face and a white circle that was coloured in and red lips.
Last of all I put fluff on two spots and some more spikes. (already coloured in)( it was soft)

I really enjoyed painting my mask becase I normally paint paper, nice to have a change.
I found it challenging to put the first lot of spikes on my mask with the hot glue gun.
I learnt that It can be fun making a mask but also challenging.

On the 26/6/11 I had my soccer tournament. (We had it because we had missed 4 games from cancellations because the grounds were so wet.) We played 5 games and won 4 out of 5. I scored 1 goal and set up heaps of goals, my friend Nick was a great Goalie in the game we lost and he made some spectacular saves. Our games were short 20 minute games and we had 40 minute breaks when we relaxed and ate food. At the end I had subway.
